We have a flat shipping rate throughout Australia of $9.95.
Delivery will take 5 – 7 days for your order to arrive.
All orders are delivered by Sendle – the first carbon neutral delivery service in Australia!
Apologies to our overseas friends – we ship in Australia only.
We understand that online orders don’t always turn out the way you were hoping. Returning items is no issue to us.
If you change your mind on an item, simply send it back within 14 days after you received the item in its original condition with all original tags attached and in place. This included item not to have been worn, altered or washed. After a review by us, we will happily offer you a store credit for the full $ amount of the returned goods excluding shipping costs, if the returned goods passed the return process. Please note, you will have to cover return shipping costs!
In case there is a fault in the product, or we simply sent you the wrong product the return shipping fees will be covered by us and a refund will be issued, after the returned products have been examined.
Please note, we don’t offer exchange for jewellery or underwear! Sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
If you decide to return an item, we greatly encourage you to use registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Once we have received your returned goods, we aim to finalise your request within two business days. If there are any issues with your return, someone from our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
